GratefulPR is seeking a talented and innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI solutions to enhance our PR strategies, optimize processes, and drive impactful results for our clients. Responsibilities:

​

  • AI Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for integrating AI technologies into our PR processes and strategies. Develop innovative AI solutions that align with our clients’ goals and objectives.

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Apply NLP techniques to analyze and extract insights from textual data, including news articles, social media posts, and customer feedback, to inform PR strategies and decision-making.

  • Machine Learning (ML) Model Development: Design, train, and deploy ML models to automate tasks, classify data, predict trends, and personalize PR campaigns. Continuously optimize and improve model performance.

  • Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering: Cleanse, preprocess, and transform data for AI model training. Conduct feature engineering to extract relevant features and improve model accuracy.

  • Deep Learning: Utilize deep learning algorithms and neural networks to solve complex PR problems, such as sentiment analysis, media monitoring, and content recommendation systems.

  • Data Integration: Integrate AI solutions with existing PR systems, tools, and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.

  • Performance Evaluation: Develop evaluation methodologies and metrics to assess the performance and effectiveness of AI models and solutions. Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with the PR team to understand their needs and provide technical expertise in implementing AI-driven solutions. Share knowledge, best practices, and emerging trends in AI with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.

  • Ethical AI Considerations: Ensure ethical use of AI technologies by adhering to privacy, security, and fairness standards. Address any biases or concerns that may arise in AI models or applications.

Qualifications:

​

  • Previous experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role, preferably in the PR or marketing industry.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar languages commonly used in AI development.

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Experience with NLP techniques, sentiment analysis, information extraction, and text classification.

  • Knowledge of ML algorithms, such as decision trees, random forests, support vector machines, and deep learning architectures.

  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.

  • Experience with AI model deployment and integration into production environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative AI solutions for real-world challenges.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
