CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

 

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by utilizing HubSpot and Basecamp to manage client relationships, oversee projects, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work with an amazing team and build strong, long-lasting partnerships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the organization.

  • Account Management: Understand clients’ business objectives and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions that meet their needs.

  • Project Oversight: Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality. Utilize Basecamp or similar project management tools to track project progress and facilitate communication.

  • Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing training on our products or services. Address any questions or concerns to ensure a successful onboarding experience.

  • Customer Success: Proactively engage with clients to identify their goals, track progress, and provide guidance and support to maximize their success and satisfaction.

  • Issue Resolution: Promptly and effectively address client concerns, issues, or escalations, working collaboratively with internal teams to find timely resolutions.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze client data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Provide data-driven recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client performance, including key metrics, progress against goals, and other relevant insights. Present reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a strong advocate for clients within the organization, sharing their feedback, needs, and requirements to drive product or service enhancements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, client success best practices, and product knowledge. Seek opportunities for professional growth and actively contribute to team initiatives and process improvements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.

  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and Basecamp (or similar project management tools).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with CRM principles and client lifecycle management.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
