We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing various sales-related activities, utilizing HubSpot CRM, creating proposals, and ensuring effective follow-up with clients. This is a vital position that contributes to the overall success of our sales efforts.


  • HubSpot CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and organize sales leads, contacts, and opportunities. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

  • Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the sales team to create professional and compelling proposals for prospective clients. Tailor proposals to meet client needs and showcase the value of our products or services.

  • Follow-up: Conduct timely and persistent follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships, answer inquiries, and address any concerns. Maintain regular communication to move leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and track sales opportunities through the pipeline stages in HubSpot CRM. Update pipeline activities, progress, and next steps for effective sales forecasting.

  • Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide insights on key performance indicators, sales activities, and trends. Identify areas for improvement and present findings to the sales team.

  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities, facilitate information sharing, and support team initiatives.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.


  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and pipeline management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
