SALES ADMINISTRATOR
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing various sales-related activities, utilizing HubSpot CRM, creating proposals, and ensuring effective follow-up with clients. This is a vital position that contributes to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:

HubSpot CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and organize sales leads, contacts, and opportunities. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the sales team to create professional and compelling proposals for prospective clients. Tailor proposals to meet client needs and showcase the value of our products or services.

Follow-up: Conduct timely and persistent follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships, answer inquiries, and address any concerns. Maintain regular communication to move leads through the sales pipeline.

Pipeline Management: Monitor and track sales opportunities through the pipeline stages in HubSpot CRM. Update pipeline activities, progress, and next steps for effective sales forecasting.

Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide insights on key performance indicators, sales activities, and trends. Identify areas for improvement and present findings to the sales team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.
